A great reminder on what to focus on Bansi - I touched on antifragility in my last article , instead of trying to control everything, we can aim to become more resilient. This way, unexpected problems or changes help us grow and improve over time.

Sorry to hear about your cold, I hope you are recovering well. Funny enough I also had the cold and hay fever last week , must be the change in season.

Good read! I think I have been controlling myself lately in letting life flow. Or perhaps it's been uncontrollable for me to change anything lately. But most of all, I feel proud to say that I have controlled my tears on a recent physical downfall not to curb my unyielding senses! I always gain back hope literally from anything. And I think this can be best part of control in my life!

You think you an control this one thing, but in the bid to do so, you create five others that you cannot control. Things are the outcomes of far too many variables. Control is the urge best curbed. There's not much you can control, and even when you can, it's usually not worth it as that time is best used learning to navigate the chaos of living, which there always will be.

To live a relatively happy life, we must understand and accept that there will be some things and situations we can’t control.

Great post, Bansi.
